Order Processing Time

- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. [Update if you also ship internationally.]
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹[amount], unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier operational issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link provided.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at mshivanilehengahouse@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
- In the rare case a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit, subject to investigation.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to change the shipping address or cancel an order can only be accommodated before the order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
