Refund policy

No Returns / No Refunds

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any products purchased from our store, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received (see "Damaged or Incorrect Items" below). All sales are final. Please review the size chart, product description, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3–5 days of the delivery date, as shown by the courier tracking status.
• Requests made after the 3–5 day window will not be accepted.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact, along with the original invoice/bill.
• The item must be free of any stains, perfume/deodorant odor, alterations, or signs of wear.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size/color/design. If the requested size or design is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.
• Customized, tailored, altered, or made-to-measure lehengas/outfits are not eligible for exchange.
• Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at mshivanilehengahouse@gmail.com or contact us via +91 95861 11104 (WhatsApp) within 3–5 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
2. Attach clear photos/videos of the product (including tags) and packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and share further instructions, including the return shipping address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

• If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the shipping cost both ways.
• If the exchange is due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size selected by customer), the customer will bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to us; forward shipping of the new item may also be charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
• Claims raised after 48 hours may not be honored.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

• Customized, tailored, or made-to-measure lehengas/outfits.
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales.
• Items without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
